Types
There are several types of memberships available. The qualifications and fees associated with each membership type are listed below:
- Executive Membership
- You are an executive, manager,
entrepreneur in a Fashion or Fashion-Related industry and have at
least 3 years experience working in a Fashion or Fashion Related
industry.
Annual dues are $145.00 / One-time initiation dues are $50.00.
- Associate Membership
- You are an executive, manager,
entrepreneur in a Fashion or Fashion-Related industry and have up
to 3 years experience working in a Fashion or Fashion Related
industry. Associate membership is limited to a 4 year term.
Annual dues are $70.00 / One time initiation dues are $25.00.
- At Large Membership
- You are an executive, manager,
entrepreneur in a Fashion or Fashion-Related industry and have at
least 3 years experience working in a Fashion or Fashion Related
industry. Yet you do not live within a reasonable distance to a FGI
region.
- Student Membership
- You are a full-time college student
enrolled in an Fashion degree program at an accredited institution
and are in your Junior year or higher; having completed your
Sophomore year.
- Annual dues are $25.00.
- Emeritus Membership
- You must meet all the criteria of the
following three requirements or you must be a member in good
standing for at least forty (40) years. You must be 65 years of age
or older. You must be completely retired or employed no more that
20 hours a week. You must be a member in good standing for a
minimum of ten (10) years.
Annual dues are $60.00
